Peter ClarkManaging Director |
Peter Clark is the Managing Director of Clark + Huot, a leading brand consulting firm. Peter manages all aspects of the firm’s operations and has overseen strategic branding engagements for a diverse range of clients. These have included Honda; Norsat International; United Way; the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport, a $750 million, ground-up terminal construction project; and Stream Pharmacy Solutions, a central fill logistics company. US-based assignments have included a strategic branding project for Clarins USA, one of the world’s largest and most successful beauty and make-up companies, as well launching a new brand for New York-based HarperCollins Publishers.
Peter also serves as practice leader for the firm’s assignments with Pavilion Investment House, one of North America’s leading integrated financial services companies. In this role, he leads Clark + Huot’s engagements with Pavilion’s private equity business unit, Canterbury Park. The firm acts as brand counsel for their acquisitions, which include Paragon Community Pharmacy and, more recently, Brockhouse Cooper International, a leading institutional investment consulting and equity trading firm. Peter holds Bachelor of Arts in Administrative Studies from the University of Winnipeg. | |||||

Ed HuotExecutive Creative Director |
Ed Huot is the Executive Creative Director at Clark + Huot, a leading brand consulting firm. Ed’s role is to develop a strategic direction for all of Clark + Huot’s clients in Canada and the United States. Ed’s belief in experiential communication as well as the power and impact of storytelling forms the cornerstone of his creative philosophy.
Ed has been building brands for over 15 years and has worked on a wide variety of client engagements including ground-up visual identities, brand revitalization and repositioning projects, and experiential and interactive design assignments. He has gained a vast scope of experience working with a diverse range of clients including strategic creative positioning projects for United Way; Saan Stores, a 300-unit retailer; Honda; Warehouse One, one of Canada’s leading denim retailers, and Stream Pharmacy Solutions. Recently, Ed has been engaged to oversee strategic branding projects for Clarins USA, one of the world’s largest beauty and make-up companies; Payworks, Canada’s fastest-growing payroll outsourcing company; and a number of financial services companies including Pavilion Investment House; Harrow Partners; Pavilion Wealth Management London; Canterbury Park; and Brockhouse Cooper International. Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Manitoba. |

Kirk LindenOnline Consultant |
Kirk is an expert in building, managing and monetizing online communities. He was most recently Brand Manager, Director of Marketing at WebMD where he helped to build the largest online healthcare community in the world. WebMD receives over forty million unique visitors per month. The brand is a fully-integrated market leader serving its community both online and offline through its million plus circulation magazine. Additionally, WebMD works with over one hundred top companies managing their employee benefits program. Kirk was responsible for the development of both WebMD’s online and offline brand experience and was the primary relationship manager with News Corporations’ 200 million-dollar media partnership. Prior to joining WebMD Kirk worked for Phase2Media and True North Media (now known as Initiative).

Sandra Enns ArnellMedia Branding |
Sandra is a leading media branding expert. She was most recently with Canwest, one of the world’s largest media companies, creating and distributing content across multiple media platforms. Their media assets include conventional television, 26 specialty networks, online newspaper, out-of-home and radio. At Canwest she was head of D71, the in-house creative agency for the Marketing Ventures Group. Prior to this, she was Creative Director of The Showcase Network, as well as head of creative for all dramatic television media assets. She has a wealth of experience in channel branding, on-air promotions, branded product placement and branded entertainment content.

Steve KroeterMedia Branding |
An expert at building and leveraging a brand’s potential, Steve was Chair of the Department of Design and Management at Parsons School of Design in New York City until 2003. His collaborations have produced significant opportunities in a wide range of product categories including furniture, fabrics, tabletop, floor coverings, porcelain tile, wall coverings, hardware, lighting, and bedding. Most notably he launched a game-changing licensing program for the Frank Lloyd Wright Foundation, which has produced in excess of $300 million in revenue. He has worked with the Museum of Modern Art, Robert Venturi, Denise Scott Brown, Charles Gwathmey, Robert Siegel, David Rockwell and William McDonough and has had career-long association with Robert A.M Stern Architects coordinating the firms’ product design and licensing efforts.
