Tom Snelgrove is an Associate with Clark + Huot’s interactive, mobile and e-commerce practice. In this capacity, Tom leads the firm’s process for conceptualizing and implementing brand-building and revenue opportunities that use both mobile and traditional online vehicles. Tom is also tasked with developing online community networks that encourage sustained user-interaction and long-term brand loyalty. For ten years, Tom was Senior Programmer for barnesandnoble.com, the e-commerce division of Barnes and Noble. Barnes and Noble is the largest book retailer in the United States with over $5 billion in sales annually. In this role, Tom was tasked with developing the brand’s e-commerce functionality. His responsibilities included the development of a membership program that grew into one of the site’s largest revenue drivers with millions of online customers. In addition, Tom worked extensively on developing the site’s order management and history tools, as well as various other web services – including language filters, relevancy engines, and customer service applications. Tom improved the efficiency of the Barnes and Noble site through technical innovation. Specifically, Tom created tools that handle payment and shipping address validation for E-books, developed a store locator tool for the website, and implemented a system which allows for seamless store integration with the website. Store integration is the key driver of functionality for the site, as it links together barnesandnoble.com and Barnes and Noble stores. The two are separate business entities; linked together these create a powerful purchasing engine for all of the company’s products. Tom is proficient in most programing languages, including C#, MS SQL, ASP.Net, CSS, and PHP. His extensive experience with languages – such as C# – allows him to easily switch between other C derivative languages, such as Objective C, which is used in the creation of iPhone applications. |

Sandra Enns-Arnell comes to Clark + Huot, a strategic branding and interactive firm from The 49th Estate – a full service production company. She has developed and directed a wide range of award winning branded entertainment projects from some of the worldʼs leading consumer and media brands. Recent assignments include Grains of Change – a branded entertainment series for Kashi that aired on Sundance Channel, HGTV, and Planet Greenʼs New Traditions Holiday 2009 campaign. Sandra is an award-winning writer and director. Recently, she was Senior Creative Director for the Marketing Ventures Group at CanWest, one of the worldʼs largest television and media companies. In this position she led the team in providing creative solutions for an extensive client list including Kraft, Johnson & Johnson, TD Bank, KitchenAid, and Dairy Producers of Canada. Prior to that she was Creative Director of the Dramatic Channels at Alliance Atlantis including one of their signature networks, Showcase. She was instrumental in positioning the scripted television series and films network as “television without borders.” Her strategic abilities and achievement in television branding make her a sought after creative leader in the North American television industry. |

Luke Tedaldi is a videographer and social media expert at Clark + Huot, a strategic branding and interactive firm. Luke supports the firm’s work through the ideation and production of video and social media content. Lukeʼs latest success involved the production of two viral video campaigns for recording artist Asher Roth's debut album, with the first video garnering over 1 million views. Lukeʼs second video reached over 3 million views and was the 8th most viewed viral video upon its release. As a result of Lukeʼs efforts, Roth’s album debuted at #1 on iTunes and the single “I love college” went platinum. Prior to working with Clark + Huot, Luke worked as the Director of Creative Media for Pencils of Promise, a prominent New York based charity. Luke is a graduate from Brown University and was the Captain of the Ivy League champion tennis team. |

Recent campaigns have included a successful online advertising campaign for Payworks, Canada’s fastest-growing payroll outsourcing company. He is also a Content Developer for the firm’s financial services portfolio, which includes the upcoming launch of London- based Pavilion Wealth Management, a brand focused on the ultra-high-net-worth investor; Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Winnipeg. |

Chris Kroeker is a Graphic Designer for Clark + Huot, a strategic branding and interactive firm. In this role, Chris is engaged in the vital task of creating a cogent look and feel for the firm’s online and offline branding development projects, ranging from websites and online promotional tools, to logos, corporate brochures, signage, and other critical elements that represent a brand’s identity. Recently, Chris played a key role in an engagement to reimagine and reanimate the brand of Brockhouse Cooper, an influential institutional investment consulting and equity trading business. Paying careful attention to the interplay between typography, color palettes, layout, and design, Chris developed a compelling visual identity for Brockhouse Cooper that repositioned the brand as a major global player.
